I wouldn't do the navi head personally.... I would do 03 cobra headers if I was doing the swap. But I guess it depends on your budget but all serious 5.4 4v swaps use 03 cobra heads. Like mentioned before the navi ports are bigger and unfortunately that doesn't mean better in this occasion.
