Default cold air intake

is there any difference between the cheap cold air intakes and the expensive ones? doesnt seem to me that there is any difference... this is what i bought:

looks to be the exact same as the BBK intake but its $100 cheaper

i'd say u did a good job at saving 100$.........cold air kits arent known to create a bunch of power anyway.......they mostly just look good

Unless you want it for underhood looks then it's fine but if you haven't installed it yet, I would return it and go to summit racings site and buy their brand reusable filter. It's the exact same thing as K & N, in fact K & N makes it for them. I bought one and the K & N sticker was inside! Just plop that into your stock CAI and you should be fine.

Make sure you pull off your air silencer too.

the air silencer is located on the end of the housing that your filter goes into, remove it and the opening for air to flow in is much bigger
