no it wont, tailshaft is differant, and i dont know whatelse, but nope wont
my trans went at 66,000, friend with an 02's went at 65,000... seems like a trend lol
i got the rebuilt piece from ddperformance and am happy with it. you could rebuilt, but 3650s are a bitch, their no t5 lol...id talk to DD.
