Default Blower Motor died----HELP

So She is a 2000 GT with 83,000.

The air blows cold just not hard at all. When i move the switch (to adjust air speed) nothing happens. How hard is the blower motor to change on these things?

Very easy....remove glove box....blower motor cover up behind. About 4-5 screws on the cover, drop the motor down, unplug harness. Pop new motor in, bolt back up. Shouldn't take more than 30-40 minutes. One word of advice, buy a genuine Ford motor. I bought a replacement at Carquest for $90 and it never blew much air at all. Found a used motor on Ebay for $20...still blowing great a year later.
