Default LT header and mid-pipe question

If I buy a set of Kooks LT, can I use the stock mid-pipe, or do I need to find something to match it, and if so, will any brand of catted H midpipe work?

Another way to to look at is , is can you piece together any LT header, axle-back, and mid-pipe combination? Or how do you know what will work with what unless you get a combination package. And if you do that will the length be right so that any axle-back will work?

I think with kooks you have to use their midpipe. IIRC kooks headers are pretty long so only their midpipes are short enough to fit.

Typically when you buy LTs, each manufacturer is gonna have slightly different fitment. So if you buy Kooks headers, get the Kooks midpipe. If you buy BBK headers, get the BBK midpipe.

As far as the catback, any catback will bolt up to the midpipes (stock included).
