Default Injectors and MAF

i found a guy selling 90 mm MAF and 24 lb injectors for an unbeatable price, the MAF i know there will be a minimal gain, but will i see anything with the injectors, given my mods below?

You will get no gains from either of them. They are supporting mods not performance mods.

The MAF might give you a HP on the dyno, but the injectors wont do you a thing. You could put 60# injectors on a stock motor and it would still put in th same amount of fuel.. Arent stock injectors 21#s?? Or was that 03 up?
