Default Missing out.

99 GT.
When on the gas around 30-50mph, if I keep it steady, the car starts to miss out slightly. Enough to where I can feel it, however when I stomp on the gas, it reacts just fine. I have had a check engine light come on recently and had to change the spark plug boot on one of the cylinders. No engine light is on now. I am thinking about just changing all of the boots, but I don't want to do that and find out it may be one of the coils. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.?!?!?!?!?! Oh, in first I keep it steady and it doesn't do it, only when going a little faster. I don't think it is a fuel issue...
