new engine

with the bump performance engine you will have about 350rwhp and a practically whole new engine, you also wont need a supercharger unless you feel the need to hit the 400rwhp mark. i dont know how well the bump performance engines will do with a supercharger since they are "high compression"
if you are def supercharging,id say go with the chp,mmr or dss shortblock.
then you can
port your heads and get some new cams if you feel the need.
EDIT!!!
check bump performances ebay store they have a few other engines to chose from.

Sounds like your in my boat - well a little more miles but same.... I also have the 4r70w tranny which is rated for 400hp and mine was rebuilt (just OEM rebuild) and I thought about the Mach 1 crate engine - more on this at https://mustangforums.com/forum/4-6-...l-4v-swap.html
