Since you're auto you might really want to think about going 410's. I had 373' s and went to 410's and I really didn't see that much of a diff as far as MPG. My install was about 350 bucks, which I think is kinda steep but hey, you get what you pay for. If you are not mechanically inclined I wouldn't think about doing the gear swap yourself.. Find a reputable shop and I wouldn't pay no more 400 bucks especailly if you provide all of the parts. Good luck!
