I'm doing a 4r70w to t-45 swap next week in my 96 gt and I was wondering if the crossmember and tranny mount is the same.

The crossmember from what I remember is the same. Just make sure you get the correct tranny mount. I had to go to Ford to get mine as all of the parts stores showed the auto and manual mount as the same, which I found out is not correct.
