Default Help on Timing Chains

I have a 99 4V and I am putting All new motor in and I want to replace the Chains while I am in their... Anyone know where to find a good price on a kit?

i got mine from ford and that is obviously not the cheapest place to get them but you could look at summit, the have a kit from tfs, the makers of trick flow.
