I HAVE A 00 MUSTANG GT SUPERCHARGED. I DRIVE MY CAR ONCE OR TWICE A MONTH. I CRUISE IT FOR A WHILE THEN I PUNCH IT DEPENDING IF A RICE BURNER OR ANY CAR WANTS TO RACE ME.UPON COMING TO A SIGNAL LIGHT OR STOP SIGN. MY CAR SHUTS OFF. BUT THE CAR TURNS ON RIGHT AWAY. IT WILL DO THIS ONCE IN A WHILE DOES ANY ONE KNOW WHY ?

The first thing to try is to clean your IAC, but you can try adjusting your idle set screw on the TB. What else is done to your car other then a supercharger.

Could be a blow off valve issue

There's a good chance you have a boost leak. Check to make sure all your hoses are 100% tight. Take them off, then re-tighten them if you have to. I had a very similar problem. It took me two months to figure it out. Good luck!
