Im pretty sure that all of the parameters stay... It's alters your ECU, so that isn't going to change when you switch batteries or antyhing like that...
Disconnecting the battery will clear the KAM (Keep Alive Memory) where the idle air trim, fuel trims, and a few other learned parameters are stored--however they will be quickly relearned, which is actually sort of good...

i was just worried my dynotune, shift points, speedo, etc. would be forgotten. it kinda makes sense that the tuner permanently changes the cars computer. thanks again
Sorry to jack the thread but if my battery has been disconnected for 5 months, will I need to reflash with my tuner?
im in the same boat you are. my car has been sitting for 5 months and i dont know when the battery actually died. hopefully someone will answer this for the both of us.
