Default Vibration and pull at speed

This weekend I did some work on my 97 Cobra and now the car has a moderate vibration, and a strong pull to the right above 50 mph. All I did was replace the oil filter adapter gasket and paint the rear calipers. I know for a fact that my car has excessive play in the upper and lower rear control arm bushings and the rear tires are practically bald, i suspect this may cause the issue but it does not explain why the vibe/pull has appeared just now (before I performed the repairs there was no vibration or pull whatsoever). I have retorqued all the lug nuts and they are within spec... I am at a loss.
