96mustang4.6

I just swapped my 96 4.6 to a 97 4.6 because the 96 was knocking. I have everything back in place and it wont start. It has spark and but isnt getting fuel. You can here the fuel pump working but the plugs are dry. Does anybody have any advice? The car runs for about 20 seconds if you pour gas into the intake.

no fuel. does the car think that it is in theft mode. correct me if im wrong but when i had the wrong key for my car, it didnt get fuel even though i heard the pump. maybe the chip in your key got messed up?

Check the fuel switch in your trunk. If that doesn't work check your fuses. Also check your battery terminals ;p j/k

p.s. do you have an aftermarket car alarm?

it seems to me that your theft is kicked in and its not allowing fuel even though u hear the pump. does your theft light flash when the auxilary is on?
