I installed my x pipe last week. I noticed that there was a little transmission fluid on the rear of the Automatic transmission. I tightened the bolts on the housing which I got a good 1/8 turn out of some of um. Plus the bolt with the plastic tab (What the hell is that anyway) was loose. I tightened everything down but checked today and it is wet again. Should I just keep an eye on the fluid level or have a shop check it out?

fluid coming from the bottom of the bellhousing or around the pan?

Not around the pan...it's dry. It's leaking from the rear. I hate to sound totally stupid on the subject but is the bell housing the end toward the front that connects to the motor or the rear where it Connects to the drive shaft. It's leaking from the part that bolts up on the drive shaft end.

don't worry about a little fluid from the tailshaft that is normal as long as its not obviously spewing out. the bell is the engine side.
