New Radiator Support???

New Radiator Support???
So here's an image of the front of my car, as you can see, the radiator support is bent, the person i bought the car from had a front collision.
So i was wondering if i should:
1.- Buy a new radiator support (From where?)
2.- Fix this one (Should I?)
By the way, the front bumper is not actually aligned, could this be related to the support???
