Checked the cooland and its clean.

its a manual so i will change the oil to the above reccomended.

I did a brake flush the other day, not hard at all. The fluid was orignal form 97 and it was greenish black. It doesn't stop better, but I feel better knowing that there is clean fluid in there. Coolant is good to do too. Basically all the fluids in the car should be done if you don't know the history on it, cheap insurance and peace of mind.

dont waste your money on royal purple. i prefer gm synchromesh, but the mercon ATF will work fine too.

+1 i meant to say that about royal purple is expensive but i beleave dexron 3 is what the owners manual says if i were you i would check their to see what it calls for and use that
