The PP may be a clone, I doubt it though as with their both being US based companies an infringement suit would be a cake walk if were it true. For that matter if you spoke with a Pro Products' rep you might get the same story in reverse?

Nonetheless I have seen them side-by-side and in fact the Pro Products plenum has a bit better (smoother) casting surface and bore then the TF unit. Finer sand, better packed...

You can see this to some extent in the photos.
