exhaust cut outs where you can run unmuffled or even uncatted.

cut-outs and dumps are usually two different things:

cut-outs: Usually placed before cats/mufflers, are a valve, either directing flow through the pipe, or down to the ground... people open them up for track use

dumps/ turn downs: a piece of pipe direct after the mufflers are bent to bounce the exhaust off the ground, giving it a deeper tone.

Yup, I will have dumps...Fords sound like ***, open headers or straight pipes.
