Default no fire

i changed my 1997 mustang npi heads to 01 pi heads and pi intake i put the car back togater goin by the book and its not geting fire to the crank sensor when moter is cranked its got electricity to the coils camshaft sensor & injectors but does not fluxuate when cranked i check the grounds also the thift light flashs when the keys in the on poison but then goes off. iv changed the crank sensor next i was goin to change the camshaft sensor ? i have a sct 3 tuner but the car does not read it when plugged in ? car ran find before i took it apart any help wood be great thanks

Did you put the trigger wheel back on in the right direction?

yea iv take it apart twice first time with rear stamp facing the rear no fire change it around busted a timing chain fix that with a new one and new oil turned it around i put it back togater just as the book sad to with the crankshaft sprockets bevel forward and the rear stamp on the trigger facing the rear i did take it apart the first time with the Harmonic Balancer at tdc then rolled the crank around twice with the heads off to the 6 aclock posipion safe mode lined the makes on the chain with the makes on the cam gears all with the battery unhooked. it turns over fine good compression

hum were should i start checking ? i am lost if the timing was off it wood still run

im just talking to my self but its good to take notes :-] iv figured out the flashing light is the pats system how to fix that with out goin to a dealer the car wont run ?
