Default fluid/oil leak HELP!

2000 mustang GT 4.6L V8.Car smokes when driven for more than ten min from under hood in the back of the engine and under car went under car and saw there was oil or transmission fluid burning off the exhaust looks like its either sprayin tranny fluid from the tranny cover or dripping oil from an unknown place thought it was a valve cover gasket took off valve cover and no problem with the gasket put gasket sealant around the gasket and drippage still occurs. possible a head gasket? i do have tranny fluid leaking from case but how it get on the exhaust beats me. any suggestions?thanks in advance

Take it somewhere to be proffesionaly evaluated. If its leaking that bad letting it run too long, while attempting to diagnose it yourself could lead to more problems.

^+1, if you can't identify the fluid and/or where it is coming from, it is time to turn to the professionals.

I agree as well.....time to take in who can identify it.

I burned a car to the ground with a small tranny fluid leak onto a header. Tranny fluid will ignite easily so I just had to watch the car burn down.
