Went to the drag strip,screwed up my tranny. Please advise, have no idea whats wrong.

I fixed it... kicked the **** out of it till it got the hell out of gear

mine did something screwey like that the last time i was at the strip, goin into 3rd gear my back tires locked up when i let the clutch out. As soon as i hit the clutch they freed up so i put it in4th and crused down the track. 3rd worked ok after that, it was just hard to get into a couple times
