Im having trouble finding what i need to mount the saleen sideskirts on my 96 GT. the factory clips for the original skirts wont fit the thicker urethane of the saleen kit. Anybody install one of these or know what i should use to mount the skirts? i have the rest of the car ready for paint, the skirts are the only thing holding me back

You could use some double sided automotive tape.

i thought about that for a minute. however, i dont think that would hold up for very long. i may be wrong, but i wanna make sure that this 1200$ bodykit and 300$ a gallon paint doesnt eat dirt due to neglecting to find a clip/ christmas tree pin that whould hold it in for sure
