driveshaft ?

I may just be being dumb... but why can't i get the drive shaft off. It doesn't seem to want to slide either way, I have the 4 flange bolts out? Any advise?

You need to give it a slight tap forward before it will move side-to-side...

i tried to tap it. Does it matter if the back axle is hanging down?

ok i got the drive shaft it was just need alot of persuasion.
