I have a leaning problem, please help
I have a 2000 mustang GT that is now about 3/8 of an inch lower on the driver side than the passenger side. This car has mostly all Steeda suspensions products including sport springs that were installed about 7 years ago. Although the problem just became noticable in the last few months I can't imagine the springs would already be worn out on the driver side. I also snapped a rear sway bar(after market) and none of this was during any recent track time, or performance driving(just going to work and back). I don't believe these two problems are related, and I have replaced the sway bar again but if the two are related I would hate to snap another.Does any one have any expiereince or advise. My local mechanic suggest removing the springs and have them compression tested at his shop, but that would be expensive if the springs shouldn't be shot already anyhow.
Thanks

sxynerd is prob right. is it the front or the rear of the car? if rear, unbolt the shocks from inside the trunk and jack up the car so the rear end will drop down freely. see if the spring ends are facing diferent ways. if they are adjust them to match then bolt it back up. if its the front, unbolt the strut and then jack up the car and let the suspension drop down. then turn the spring to where the end is in the deepst part of the control arm to "fully seat"
