Sounds good to me. The intake is a matter of what you want ie. Fender mount, regular. I have the K&N FIPK and it suits me good. I would do a throttle body and plenum combo by accufab. They make great products. Top of the line. You can go to mustangtuning.com for that. Shift kits I'm not too familar with so I can't tell you what to get. But I would also add a tuner to that. It will adjust everything for your gears and also change shift points and firmness. That should do it for ya. And also I would do a catted x pipe not H. Thats about it. Good luck!

I have the Trans-go shift kit and it is great. When it was installed I have them put in the trans cooler, and refill it with Royal Purple fluid. Also get the Predator tuner so after you get the gears and shifk kit installed you can adjust your shift pressure, and shift points. You will love driveing your car 100x more with the shift kit!!! Trust me it is great!!!!
