because its ugly makes engine compartment cleaner. and it doesnt really do anything so whats the point of having it?

If you ever plan on moving to a state that is serious about Smog testing don't throw the IAC box away. take it off but keep it somewhere just in case.

**** For those of you Cali kids don't even touch the damn thing. the IAC is on every smog tech's visual check list.
