or go there and disconnect the battery then have them run the car. dont let them see u disconnect it. they will ask if the battery was recently disconnected..say no, they will refund ur money and say come back in a week..a week later do the same thing. this time they will keep your 14 bucks and give u a pass waiver that they cant read the car.
