would it be better/cheaper to forge stock items or buy new items? looker for better all around performance.

yea i think thats what hes saying, i think it mostly depends on how hardcore your thinking of going boost wise, the higher you go the more you risk blowing something out. id rather be safe than sorry and just buy forged internals and sell your stock ones to a auto salvage or on ebay

im not sure yet if i wanna s/c my car. is it okay to forge the internals and not supercharge the car?

It is fine to forge the internals and don't supercharge it, although IMO, unless you are going supercharged later it's a waste of money. Also, it would be good to forge your internals if you want to run a aggressive high revving cam set grind(stage 2-3), or run a large shot of nitrous(150+). Unless you are doing somthing like that, I think your money would be spent better elseware.
