04 cobra clutch in 04 gt?

I'm shooting for 550rwhp and I'm going with a Spec Stage 3. I don't really drag race and if you are nice on the street to your transmission and not powershifting you should have a great life out of your trans (even the t3650 which gets a lot of flak).
If I had deep pockets I would not be buying a Spec though haha. I would be a Centerforce dual friction clutch, a McLeod, or a nice ACT clutch. Coupled with an aluminum flywheel and driveshaft you should be good to go.
On a side note, its usually never a good idea to resurface an aluminum flywheel. Keep in mind that the melting temp of aluminum is around 1200 degrees while iron is 2700ish or something much higher than AL. You won't be melting your flywheel obviously but it does show that one is more prone to warping and glazing than the other.
