Default Do I need a ballast for these lights?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/99-04...Q5fAccessories

I just purchased a pair and was wondering if I can just wire them up and and bolt them in or do I need a ballast with these things? Anyone's help would be greatly appreciated. Also, anyone have any idea how long they take to install?

no those you dont need a ballast for there not H.I.D. If you decide to get a hid setup you just have to get it for the type of bulb that comes with those headlights, which would be a h3 setup.Thery should just be a plug in set up or the worst is you might have to splice into your parking lights for the little leds in there and the halos, but its simple stuff

to save more time if you need to splice you can get the crimp connectors where you dont need to cut any wires
