I know diablo makes a combo but is that all i need is the 2.81 blower pulley and the chip or should i go ahead and buy the belt tensioner from steeda while im at it?Or is there any other pulleys that im missing to get the most out of the stock supercharger?

Your best bet is a 2.80 or 2.76 pully and a belt tensioner. I wouldnt do a pully till you get the tensioner or you are gonna get massive slippage.
