Default Mac O/R H Pipe questions

I have a 2004 Mustang GT 5 spd. Pretty much stock with no chip/programmer. What do I need aside from the pipe itself?
Do I need O2 extenders and MIL Eliminators, or will the MIL eliminators give the extra length needed? Where is the best place to get a Mac mid pipe?

is it a shorty H pipe for long tubes or full length midpipe for stock headers? if it's a full length one you won't need extenders. if you don't want your CEL to pop up, get a set of MIL eliminators, otherwise i would suggest to get a tuner and shut rear o2's off

Stock, so I will need a full length mid pipe. Cool, so no extenders required, just MIL eliminators. Where is the best place to find MIL eliminators and a Mac off road pipe?
