# Short to VPWR in the harness or HO2S.
# Water in the harness connector.
# Open/shorted HO2S circuit.
# Corrosion or poor mating terminals and wiring.
# Damaged HO2S.
# Damaged PCM.
Fuel System:
# Excessive fuel pressure.
# Leaking/contaminated fuel injectors.
# Leaking fuel pressure regulator.
# Low fuel pressure or running out of fuel.
# Vapor recovery system.
Induction System:
# Air leaks after the MAF.
# Vacuum Leaks.
# PCV system.
# Improperly seated engine oil dipstick.
EGR System:
# Leaking gasket.
# Stuck EGR valve.

The only thing I can add is to work the possible causes list from top to bottom, the information from my site (click here) is from the '03 shop manual so it may differ on your car in some ways...
But to my question... were you being literal here, or just trying to express your frustration? If literal, you have more problems than you thought. In a normal drivetrain, your speed is directly related to your engine RPMs, ie in any given gear, your engine is going X RPMs then your wheels will be going (X times a constant) RPMs, the constant being derived from your tranny and rearend gears.
damn sounds like my car. idk wtf is wrong with mine either i said fck it idk if it runs any diff now than it used to. i have the same exact problems and codes. all i came up with for mine is probly a bad pcm, probly the same for you.
