Default need help quick

hey guys, i am looking at a 97 gt vert. 5 spd and it looks like it is in good cond. and drives good as new, i want one like this with the 5.0 in it but i can't find any with this set up. it has 121k on it. i want one bad but what are the disadvantages that hte 4.6 motors have. someone told me that when you get on the 4.6 it sounds like it is falling apart. i'm not looking for something fast but def. not something slow.

Test drive it and get on it alot while your doing it.

Plan on getting gears if it still has stock.
