I am getting rid of my V6, which I am pretty knowledgeable on, but I do not know much about the 4.6L and am looking at buying one.

Obviously, a CAI is installed, but can you tell if there are any other aftermarket/adjustments made?

Other than the CAI it looks to be a stock Mustang.

EDIT: I also see some CC plates.

 

Hard to tell from that pic, but the rest looks like it may be stock.

 

After-market stereo equip. with the line in fuse block from the battery. IF it's not installed right, expect possible charging issues.
