Default need help installing heads

so i have takent the heads off of a 2v. i marked the cam when it was at TDC. when i took the chain off, the cam moved due to the spring tension. i know there is a tool to hold it still, will i need that tool to put the cam back in time?? or is there another way to do it??

no you wont need that tool. did you mark the cams and the chains before you removed them? If you did all youll have to do is line them back up and reinstall the tensioners. did you get new head bolts?
