best oil and spark plugs for 96 gt

What is the best oil and spark plugs for a 96 gt that i can pick up at walmart.. i live close to one

i have used mobil 1 synthetic 0w40 oil with a K/N oil filter and NGK TR-55 spark plugs in my girlfriends 97 GT and my moms 02 explorer 4.6 for a while now. Or regular castrol oil is good.

Let me give you a piece of advice. Don't be cheap about it. Go to an auto store and get royal purple. NGK spark plugs are good though.
