Question Looking for a how to post..Lowring Springs.

I'm been looking for a how to post but cant find one,on taking out the springs for a 99-04 gt
i was going to slap some lowering springs in but want to read up on it first. Anyone know where i can find one?

They maybe better ones out there but heres these. I just did mine about 2 weeks ago and installed the H&R SS. It went a breeze, I also had instructions included with my H&R SS. Just take your time and everything, for me I seemed to breeze through it. I was also replacing my rear upper and lower control arms as well as the rear upper housing bushings(they were a PITA).
