Bought Used Mustang NEED HELP!!
Alrighty then, Ive posted a couple of times already but im looking for any ideas i havent thought of.
2002 Mustang GT-5 Speed-56K Miles-Probably Wrecked.
BBK Cold Air Intake, Lowered about 2.5 with RED(Maybe Eibach), Caster/Camber Plates
Short Throw, Has a GEAR(Wish i knew the Ratio) 17"Rims. Sounds Really MEAN, I saw Cats, I can Set off a Sensitive Alarm, Larger than Norm End Pipes.
Issues:
1. Window fell off track, After inspection i found the left side WING Style (??) popped off the Glass and just the silver ball is left.
2. The Hinge on the same door if Just trashed. I have to slam the Door to shut it(Probably how the window broke)Someone replaced the door poorly.
3. Ciggareete(MS)lighter,Mirrors,Foglights ---Don't Work
4. (ABS) Warning Light On
5.Small Exhuast leak somewhere.
The Big One:
6. Transmission / Clutch Problem
Symptoms:
Makes a wineing/grinding Noise, Only in Gear.(Almost sounds like the Flywheel, Somthing Spinning.)Only in Gear,Worsens when it gets hotter, I can hear a SEPERATE CHIRP so i know the TOB is Bad. It's kinda sticky going into gear, but its a shortthrow and ive never had one. I can hear a noise when i Engage the Cluth(Push it in) But it's LOUD!!!!!!!
This is Mustang #6(96 6cyl,98 Cobra,99 Gt,00 Roush2,66 GT Coupe)
Helped with tranny swaps, Thats the most i've done. Ive always just Dropped em, made them look good and sound good. The 66 i completely stripped down to nothing. But im Confident i can do just about anything with a hand and i have most basic tools(Aside fom Pnuematic. Wish i would have had YouTube 10 Years ago!
Any Comments Welcome!

1 and 2 Replace the door and hinges. Got to be easier than screwing with replacing the window and hinges seperate.
3 Fuses I'd bet
4 Check your brake fluid. see if it's low. low fluid will set that light off or they could need bleeding that'll also do it.
5. Just have to hunt it down, check and make sure all the connectors are tight and bolts on the exhaust manifold.
6 could be the clutch/throwout bearing. Or the trans needs a rebuild.
Hope it helps.
