Default Painting the block

so im in the middle of the rebuild, and i started to think creatively. want to paint my block to give a bit more life to the engine bay.... is there a specific paint to use?

also any color ideas and pics would be great.

You can always go with the classic ford blue. But you really dont see that much of the block in the car to make too much of a difference. You might get more out of painting the valve covers.

best thing you can do is have the timing cover powercoated and paint the intake/valve covers.

Use high temp engine paint, ofc...

Do a color that matches your car...I personally don't care for uncoordinated colors on a car...might be OCD creeping up on me...

Duplicolor has a line of gas and oil resistant rattle-can paints made for blocks--they'll be at your FLAPS...
