Default I need some help please...

I was cruising down the highway today and I hit a dead dog that was laying in the road and it was a pretty hard impact under the car. After the impact the car started sputtering a little and acting weird and would not speed up any so it finally was done and died and I pulled over and checked the fuel pump shut off switch in the back and looked underneath and everything appeared to be fine but the car will not start now, it just turns over but doesn't fire up. Any ideas anyone???

if you can get it home and put it on jackstands and then tell us what you see, then we may be able to help you better

I could not see very well under it but nothing appeared to be unplugged, Me and my friends thought it might be the crank shaft sensor..

Did you check if there's any gas in the tank, maybe it developed a leak after the impact.
