Yes they do, from what I understand they are fed from the the engine oil or have their own luve like the procharger ive got.
I took in my car to the speed shop and had it dyno tuned because it just so happened the diable guy was there and able to do it when I got there. The noise(s) I asked him about proved to just be the valve ive got thats right next to the blower. So I had it tuned with a newer chip and pulled 425hp and 424 ft/lbs which is awesome for me. I'm gonna replace the spark plugs that apparently missed on the last run (more timing) and had me at 443/451. Thanks guys for all the help.

BEFORE you do anything else, you need to do a couple things. First off, you need to change the self contained oil in the blower. Call up procharger and they will send you some new oil. It is inexpensive. There is a 1/2 ' drain plug on the underside of the blower. Remove that to drain the oil. At the base of this plug bolt, there is a little magnet. Look at the amount of metal shavings that have conglomorated at the magnet base. That will tell a lot. The more metal scrapings down there, the more chance the unit was abused. The problem you are having may disappear if you simply change the oil. Do this AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
