Default clunking while shifting at slow speeds

i get a clunking sound when i shift at slow speeds like around a parking lot and such, its mainly from going from reverse to first or first the second once the clutch is let out in neutral then shifting to 2nd. i started noticing it after my 410s...i set the backlash to .006 with them on the tighter side because they seemed liek they had more play than normal, the only way it would clunk from backlash would be on the higher side of the spectrum around .015....i also had synchros replaced in my t 3650, maybe somehting to do with the trans? the rear is fully built 31 spline cobra diff moser axles and frpp 410s and rear girdle...anyone have a clue, i also have a brand new frpp alumnium DS and new pinion flange, the DS bolts are tight as well

The only thing I would think of is mounts for the tranny are loose/worn or the U-joints are sloppin back on you. If you didnt notice this before the 4.10s, it may just be the higher DS revolutions and it becomes more pronounced than it was with the stock 3.27s. I had this happen on mine, its just the normal play in the linkage...these are basically truck drivetrains in a car...they are going to be kinda noisy.
