Well most of my weekly commute is to and from work. I drive 30 miles, ~40 minutes to and from work 5 days a week. Other than that the longest commutes I go are about 1 hour 20 minutes.
Don`t forget, when you put in the new plugs use a torque wrench & torque the plugs to no more than 11-13 ft lbs
