Default 16psi stock heads and crankshaft?

I have a mustang gt 2004 with full bolt-ons plus a vortech V2 supercharger. Also I have modified the engine (manley pistons, manley rods and trickflow stage 2 cams). Currently im running 9psi however I want to increase the boost to 16psi. Is this possible with stock heads and crankshaft. I heard they can both handle up to 700rwhp (is this true?). Also, would it be better in get my supercharger intercooled after the increase in boost?

At 16psi you may get valve float on stock heads
And an intercooler is a good choice at that level, plus a larger bypass/blowoff vavle

Stock heads and stock crank will handle 16psi. I would definitely get an intercooler for anything above 10psi
