Do you have reason to believe it is not?

Otherwise I think you'll find that you are on the wrong end of life, of a typical poorly maintained engine, that has had the oil changed every 10k whether it needed it or not--or worse yet, changed 2 quarts at a time when the light came on.

What weight oil are you running? If it's not smoking horribly (like fogging for mosquitoes), you might be able to fill it up with 20W-50 Maxlife and get a few more miles from it...

No i know what your saying would it still have a lot of power if the rings are shot?

There's "shot" and there's "toasted", you need to do a compression check before spending any more time speculating as to what the problem might be...
