Default Wheel Arch Trim

Anyone know how to remove the screw things that hold the Japanese spec wheel arch trims on? They are plastic and just have one tiny pin hole in the centre, some don't even have the pin hole, tried pulling on them but they're not going anywhere

Are they screwed/bolted on, or are they stuck on the fender with 3m double sided tape?

They are not a screw i've ever seen before I don't think, they just have 1 pin hole in the middle so not a screw as such, don't have any close up pics i'm afraid
