I don't know about jealous, but certainly bitter. i bet someone has been ragging on them and calling their cars old and creaky and whatnot. they get so defensive when you suggest a 5.0 can be beat by anything, 4.6, LS1, LS2, whatever it is.

after reading this thing from start to finnish, i started getting aggravated. idk at what, but i did. And I think this is happening to alot of people. And my jealous reply was a joke. And just a joke. Yes i know, im an a-hole, i already know that. Some people take sh*t to far, and that is what happened to this thread a long time ago.

All 4.6's stock for stock against a 5.0 will win. They have more stock HP. The 5.0 guy is saying let it go because he doesnt want to be told that his car is slower. HAHA
That's not entirely correct, the 4.6 has more horse power but also weigh alot more, and stock gear ratio is higher (yes even though it is 3.27 in 4.6 vs 3.08 in 5.0 coupes the T5 gearing makes the 5.0 have lower gears), in the end both cars are mid 14's bone stock.
